Return and Exchange Policy

  • At BBYDESIGNSCO, we take pride in offering custom-made and personalised products that are tailored to each customer's preferences. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in certain situations. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when you purchase goods and services from us. These guarantees include:
  • The product is of acceptable quality
  • The product matches its description
  • The product is fit for its intended purpose
  • The services are provided with due care and skill
  • The services are fit for their intended purpose

If a product or service fails to meet one or more of these guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Returns:

  • We only accept returns in the event of an error made by our retailers or a mistake on our end.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return.
  • We do not accept returns for products that were ordered in the wrong size, due to the Personalised nature of our products.
  • Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the product being received and must be in unworn condition.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us at bbyblessings.designs@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (if possible) and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive your item(s), we'll process your return within 5 business days and send you an email confirmation.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

We are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law and providing you with a satisfactory resolution to any issues you may have with our products or services. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
